"Richard Stomp" ....at the age of 58 and
recovering from cancer surgery, a friend gave
me a gift of paper, chalk pastels, and a pen
and ink set. My artwork emerged. I have
always felt that artwork should say something
as well as be pleasing to the eye. Simple
poems that compliment the subject of the
artwork have become my choice to achieve
this goal. Poem and artwork... like music and
lyrics.... seems like the perfect partnership! -
